With our products our customers get an assurance that the facts specified in the product are true and genuine, and any grievances shall and will be repaired or replaced.
What the warranty covers?
• Covers any defects in materials used to manufacture the product.
What will we do to correct the problem?
• The company will repair the product, at no cost,
• In case where the product is irreparable, it shall be replaced with a new product.
How long does the coverage last?
• The warranty of all Hubertt products lasts 365 days, the repaired products go back under the original coverage period.
What does the warranty not cover?
• Damage of a product resulting from negligence,
• Damage of a product resulting from unauthorised modification of the product,
• Damage caused by natural disaster,
• Theft or loss of the product
What do customers need to do to get repairs/service under the warranty?
• The product must be in returned in its original packaging.
• Return Merchant Authorization (RMA) is required
• Any documents or accessories that shipped with the product must be included in the package.
